We take responsibility for our employees and the community  

Qualified employees make our company strong. It is therefore our aim to encourage good employees to stay with the company. The continual training of junior managers is a high priority. Extensive opportunities for further education and a programme of international, interdepartmental training form the basis of our long term personnel development strategy. We also focus on ongoing knowledge management through an internal training concept and job rotation.

Young teamSupportive, performance enhancing working conditions, such as flexible working hours, home-office arrangements and child care support, are complemented by preventative measures for health and safety at work.

We also get involved in social issues, for example by supporting local community projects. In Austria Lorenz Snack-World supports non-profit organizations and their projects in the region of Carinthia. In 2011 we chose the Mobile-Kinderkrankenpflege Kärnten in Klagenfurt. 

We support the organization with a donation of 5.000 € instead of providing our customers with Christmas presents. 

The Mobile-Kinderkrankenpflege Kärnten supports and empowers families and takes some of the pressure of caring for their sick child – in its familiar surroundings – at home. The organization tries to create an cosy atmosphere for its patients and help families to accept the sickness of their loved ones. We hope that with our donation we can bring worriless moments, confidence and energy to a lot of families in the new year.
